INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

As the Business and Construction Machinery Cluster Association (“the Association”), we attach importance to the security of your personal data as the data controller under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

1. Data Controller

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your personal data may be processed by the Business and Construction Machinery Cluster Association as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

They are processed for these purposes.

4. Method and Legal Basis for the Collection of Personal Data

Portal membership forms,

Contact forms,

Online applications,

Cookies and log records,

• Telephone calls,

It is collected electronically or physically through various channels.

Your data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data;

• To the authorized public institutions and organizations,

To the legally competent authorities,

• To hosting, software and technical infrastructure service providers,

• To the organizations from which legal and financial consultancy services are obtained,

This transfer can be made within the framework of the relevant legislation.

6. Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. At the end of this period, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Data Subject Rights

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data);

• To find out whether your personal data is being processed,

• Requesting information regarding processed data,

• Learning the purpose of processing,

• Knowing the third parties to whom the data is transferred,

• Requesting the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data.

• Requesting the deletion or destruction of data,

• Objection to adverse results arising solely from the analysis of processed data by automated systems.

• Claiming compensation in case of damage

8. Application Method

You can submit your requests under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, or through the email address you previously provided to our Association and which is registered in our system.

Applications will be processed within the timeframes stipulated by law.
