Completed in 2010, the new production facility operates on a total area of 43,000 m², with 32,000 m² of covered space. Designed with meticulous attention to detail, this facility is equipped with state-of-the-art high-speed machinery and boasts an unparalleled information processing infrastructure in its sector. Mastering rubber, PVC, PUR, halogen-free, and equivalent elastomer compound technologies, Üntel Cable offers over 15,000 different products in demanding industrial sectors such as marine, offshore, and mining applications.

With production machines capable of processing 4,000 tons of compound and 3,000 tons of copper thinning per year, the company has a copper processing capacity of approximately 14,000 tons per year. Its Just-in-Time (JIT) production philosophy increases production speed and customer satisfaction, while also eliminating unnecessary costs and providing a price advantage.

With a strong team of nearly 150 blue-collar and over 35 white-collar employees, all experts in their fields, ÜNTEL Cable offers solutions by evaluating customer demands and expectations within the framework of national standards and sectoral needs. Instead of establishing a standard quality, it aims for continuous improvement to achieve better and higher quality through its research and development efforts. As a result of these activities, ÜNTEL Cable, which indirectly guides other manufacturers, also possesses an unrivaled quality laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art measurement and testing equipment.
