ESTABLISHMENT AND GROWTH PROCESS

We, Kardelen Engineering, started our operations in a small workshop in Ostim and are now rapidly progressing towards becoming a leader in the sector. Our company employs 70 people, including 15 administrative staff and 55 workshop personnel, at our factory located in Sarayköy on the Istanbul road and our technical service center in the Ostim region. With our renewed fully automatic metal cutting and processing machines, we have reached a monthly production capacity of 20 machines. Our company exports 25% of its annual production to countries such as Romania, Qatar, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Libya, Algeria, Norway, Iran, and Iraq.

In order to further increase our export share, we are working intensively to add new marketing and service networks to our existing overseas services.

Perhaps because I am a mechanical design engineer, when I was founding my company, I focused more on technical issues than financial ones. Seeing a gap in the industry regarding advanced modern cranes and recognizing that currently used cranes were inadequate and open to improvement, I entered the business world with a new crane design and implemented the first jib crane system in Turkey.

Our goal is to constantly advance our company with a commitment to quality products, and to become a pioneering, leading, and respected global brand in the sector.

ONGOING INVESTMENTS

Adopting continuous improvement as its main principle, Kardelen Engineering continues its R&D efforts without slowing down. In the coming period, we plan to double our market share with our new products that are the outputs of our R&D projects.

To increase its market share and better meet growing demand, Kardelen Engineering plans to double its production capacity with a new factory investment. Our work on the factory investment is nearing completion, and construction will begin in the coming days. Since after-sales service and spare parts are crucial for the construction machinery and especially the crane sector, we are working intensively to add new service networks to our existing overseas service centers in order to increase our share in the global market. I believe these efforts will yield positive results very soon.

We are proud to be the first company in Turkey to design and install a seedling removal and planting machine compatible with construction machinery, mini loaders, and tractors. With our commitment to quality, reliability, and impeccable service, we hope to achieve many more successful projects under the umbrella of Kardelen Engineering.
