Tegas METAL | MACHINE INDUSTRY TRADE

Our company started operating in 1980 in the Ostim Organized Industrial Zone, focusing on the manufacturing of electrical panels and metal kitchen cabinets. From 1990 onwards, it expanded into the woodworking industry by adding woodworking equipment to its portfolio. In 1992, as a hydraulic and mechanical machinery manufacturing company, it took a significant step into the sub-industry sector by beginning the mass production of various complex sheet metal products for backhoe loaders (excavator-loader) manufactured by HİDROMEK. In 2000, to better meet increasing customer demands, construction of our factory in the Sincan 1st Organized Industrial Zone began.

Since 2002, by adding its first CNC laser cutting machine to its facilities, the company has gained control over the initial stages of metal part production. In 2003, with the addition of CNC hydraulic press brake bending machines, it has been able to closely monitor the raw material, semi-finished, and finished product stages of metal part production with its experience and expertise. In 2005, it moved to a new production facility in Sincan 1st Organized Industrial Zone, with a total area of 9500 m² (7500 m² closed and 2000 m² open), and was restructured as a factory operating at full capacity, thanks to its personnel, machinery, and experience. Since 2006, it has started mass production of various metal parts for the tracked excavator construction machinery produced by HİDROMEK. In 2007, with the completion of the paint shop construction, it joined the Tegas Metal group. As of today, our factory offers our customers the production capacity and system to complete the process of turning sheet metal, which we define as our main raw material, into a final product. This process involves cutting the metal plates on CNC laser cutting machines, bending the shaped semi-finished metal on our CNC hydraulic press brakes, welding it by our qualified personnel or, depending on the production type, on our welding robot, and finally painting it in our paint shop as needed.
