At SKYMIX CONCRETE BATCHING PLANTS, production is carried out through various stages with extremely meticulous work. Approved customer requests are transferred to the project department, design work for the orders is carried out by the expert project team, and technical calculations and manufacturing drawings are completed. During the manufacturing phase, meticulous checks are performed, starting from material inlet control, cutting-bending control, manufacturing control, welding control, and painting control.

The manufacturing process consists of four main sections: welded fabrication, machining, painting, and automation system. At SKYMIX CONCRETE BATCHING PLANTS, production quality is ensured by welding performed entirely by certified welders, meticulous painting after sandblasting, single or double shaft mixers designed to achieve high efficiency and the desired quality of mixture in all types of concrete production, and an automation system utilizing SCHNEIDER (PROKSER) technology.
