Oyman Makina was founded in 1989 by H. Umran Oyman as a family company in Trabzon, a city considered the center of the hazelnut-producing region in Turkey.

The company, operating in the food production industry, manufactures complete turnkey integrated hazelnut processing plants and hazelnut cracking systems. It also offers processing machinery for other types of nuts, chocolate, nougat preparation, and various fruits within its wide product range. These products include drying, roasting, crushing, mincing, storage, and transportation applications. All products within the production group are manufactured under the "OYMAN" brand.
