Established in 1967 with the aim of developing an industrial zone in Ostim, the Ostim Cooperative has accumulated extensive experience in industrial zone design and construction, starting from land acquisition. Having completed the infrastructure and superstructure investments of the Ostim Industrial Zone, the Ostim Cooperative has not only provided its 2000 members with real estate but has also connected them with industry, commerce, and investment opportunities. After distributing the real estate rights of its members, the remaining properties were added to the assets, and Ostim Industrial Investments and Operations Inc. was established. Founded as a multi-shareholder company subject to the Capital Markets Board (SPK), the shares of our company began trading on the newly established Istanbul Stock Exchange's Free Transactions Platform in May 2012 as the first company; from June 2013 onwards, they began trading on the Second National Market of Borsa Istanbul A.Ş., and with the regulation made in November 2015, they also began trading on the Main Market.

Ostim Yatırım A.Ş., in addition to managing the shops and business centers transferred to it by Ostim Cooperative, has also implemented many business centers, production facilities, housing and infrastructure projects on the land and properties it owns with its professional construction team.

These projects include a power plant to meet the zone's electricity needs, software and hardware systems for electricity distribution, Ostim Technopark, telecommunication investments, and an export center.

Ostim Yatırım A.Ş. collaborates with SMEs in Ostim on domestic and international projects, bringing together Ostim's engineering, design, and manufacturing capabilities through professional support and integrating this strength into the market with a systematic approach. The promotion and marketing of products manufactured in Ostim in domestic and international markets are also carried out using a project management approach.

Combining Ostim's wealth of projects and strength with its own corporate approach and flexible working philosophy, our company operates with a project-based approach, ranging from mission-oriented projects such as the localization of imported products to turnkey plant installations, and through corporate relationships established in local, national and foreign markets.
