The İnnometal family, with generations of experience in manufacturing, has been acquainted with metal since the days of our grandfathers' profession of blacksmithing with anvils and hammers. We continue this accumulated knowledge with innovative approaches and modern technology. We continue our role as a pioneer in manufacturing in the region, a role our partners have pursued in various ventures, by updating it under the İnnometal umbrella. Our family continued its activities of establishing and operating water mills in the region until the 1950s. Subsequently, we continued with the establishment and operation of diesel flour mills, the manufacture of axles for ox carts, and the production of hand-operated and horse-drawn water pumps. From the 1960s onwards, our activities continued until the 1990s with the maintenance, repair, and spare parts manufacturing of gasoline and diesel water pumps, the maintenance, repair, and spare parts of motor vehicles, as well as the manufacturing of spare parts for the widespread shotgun industry in the area, and lathe and welding work. Subsequently, our family-owned company manufactured various parts for different branches of the metal industry in our factories in Huğlu, and in our affiliated companies, we produced various parts for the defense industry, various parts for the medical sector, engine crankshafts, and shotguns. Therefore, we have manufacturing experience with different materials ranging from aluminum and titanium to non-ferrous metals and high-grade steels.

After 2016, we underwent a restructuring and started manufacturing activities in a 34,000 square meter area in the Beyşehir Organized Industrial Zone. 6,600 square meters have been completed, and with our ongoing investments, we will complete our integrated production campus with a total covered area of 17,000 square meters.

Here, we continue our investments with the vision of becoming one of the leading companies in the country in the Construction Machinery sector, where we have many years of experience. Currently, 95% of our products are offered to the largest companies in the Construction Machinery sector in the European market as OEMs. We also produce OEM assembled component products for leading companies in the domestic construction machinery sector.

Our production utilizes state-of-the-art CNC machining tools, cutting, bending, and custom-designed equipment, as well as various welding processes. Adhering to the principle that the quality of an immeasurable product cannot be standardized, our laboratory is equipped with various dimensional measuring devices and a precision CMM device compliant with current technology. Our materials laboratory includes hardness testing devices, surface hardness testing devices, ultrasonic flaw detection devices, material analysis, tensile and compression testing devices, and custom-designed measurement equipment.

In our process management, we continue to work with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, which are current requirements. All processes are fully compliant with our Enterprise Resource Planning software, “Sysmond ERP”. We maintain complete control over our production processes with our leading Catia CAD-CAM and PLM software.

Using energy-efficient equipment at every stage of production, İnnometal aims to meet all of its energy needs from renewable sources with a consciousness of respect for nature. In this context, the first phase of the solar energy facility has been completed and commissioned, and currently, it meets all of its energy consumption from this source.

Human resources, one of the most important pillars of sustainable production, are among the most valued aspects of our company.
