One of the world's renowned construction machinery manufacturers, HİDROMEK, was founded in Ankara in 1978. Its founder, Hasan Basri Bozkurt, began operations with the production of attachments for agricultural tractors. This initiative was taken a step further in later years, resulting in the production of the first construction machinery designed by Turkish engineers. Growing through the expansion of its product range, HİDROMEK currently employs nearly 2000 people. Furthermore, it manufactures backhoe loaders, hydraulic excavators, wheeled loaders, motor graders, and soil compactors in six production facilities: four in Ankara, one in İzmir, and one in Thailand. In the HİDROMEK Production Base, which is under construction on an industrial plot of over 1.2 million m² in the Ankara Chamber of Industry's 1st Organized Industrial Zone, the company is largely producing its main components, such as gearboxes, axles, and hydraulic reducers, which it previously imported, in its own component factory, which was the first to become operational.

HİDROMEK, whose machines operate in over 100 countries on 5 continents, has established and put into operation the following companies to manage its authorized dealers, sales and after-sales services abroad: HİDROMEK WEST in Spain, HİDROMEK RUS in Russia, HİDROMEK CE in Thailand and HİDROMEK JAPAN in Japan.

HİDROMEK, a company that makes a difference in construction machinery design, has crowned this success with numerous awards. HİDROMEK currently holds a total of 17 design awards, all of which have international prestige.

HİDROMEK (https://www.hidromek.com.tr/) has become the first and only Turkish machinery manufacturer to be included in the international “Yellow Table 2018” list compiled by KHL Group, a press organization that provides information on construction machinery to the whole world and serves as a reference for the sector. Furthermore, according to data released by İMDER (Turkish Construction Machinery Distributors and Manufacturers Association), HİDROMEK has been the market leader in backhoe loader sales in Turkey for the last 10 years, hydraulic excavators for the last 7 years, and for the first time, motor graders.

AFTER-SALES SERVICES

HİDROMEK After-Sales Services Directorate addresses our customers' requests regarding after-sales training, spare parts supply, and construction equipment repair.

Located in Ankara and covering an area of approximately 28,000 m², the After-Sales Services Directorate includes spare parts warehouses managed with a barcode system, a service station, and a training center. Service and spare parts are provided from a total of 66 locations within Turkey, 58 of which are authorized service points.

Abroad, it provides service and spare parts to its customers through 69 dealers. Furthermore, to manage authorized dealers, sales, and after-sales services abroad, it has sales and after-sales service centers in Barcelona, Spain HİDROMEK WEST, Krasnodar, Russia HİDROMEK RUS, and Sagamihara, Japan HİDROMEK JAPON. For regions outside of these locations, the necessary technical and logistical support is provided by the After-Sales Services Directorate in Turkey.
