Hidrolift was founded in Ankara in 1978 by Mehmet Arslan. Its initial purpose was to manufacture spare parts for construction machinery and to perform hydraulic cylinder repairs. In the following years, it rapidly reached its goals and felt the need to expand. This need led the company to move to a 2000 m2 indoor facility with 50 employees in 1994.
The period after 1994 was a time of specialization. Hidrolift moved away from a wide range of products and focused on the production of hydraulic cylinders. This period was also a year of investment. The company's revenues were directly reinvested, and the construction of a 15,000 m2 factory in Ankara's 1st Organized Industrial Zone was completed.
Now Hidrolift is Türkiye's largest hydraulic cylinder manufacturer, and its new target is the global market. At that time, since the level of knowledge and technology in Turkey was not at a level to meet world standards, a hydraulic cylinder factory from Austria, including its know-how, was purchased as a turnkey project.
The early 2000s were the years when Hidrolift entered the European market. Hidrolift adapted to the market very quickly, and by 2010, it was exporting hydraulic cylinders to many global brands in almost all European countries and the USA.
Today, with an annual capacity of 80,000 hydraulic cylinders, 120 employees, and 2 branches, it is considered among the leading cylinder manufacturers in Europe.
Hidrolift holds TSEK and TS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certificates. The implemented quality management system, with the full support of top management, has been adopted by all company personnel and transformed into a way of working and acting. With its dynamic staff, extensive machinery park, equipment, measurement and testing devices, and 33 years of experience, Hidrolift is one of the leading companies sought after in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing. Every cylinder produced undergoes pressure and leak tests, is certified according to article 3.1 of the EN 10204 standard, and is guaranteed for one year unless otherwise specified in contracts.
