E-BERK Tunnel and Ground Technologies has been operating as a supplier of spare parts for Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) since 2002, and as a manufacturer of Tunnel Boring and Micro Tunneling machines since 2017. Continuing its development in mechanized tunnel technologies, our company is a solution partner in more than 100 projects both domestically and internationally. With the R&D center it added to its structure in 2018, it aims to keep up with current technologies and increase its product range. Our company has a total production facility of 48,000 m², of which 18,000 m² is covered. This facility is equipped with the latest technological equipment and machinery, including machining, plasma cutting, roller bending, surface hardening, and heat treatment. E-BERK conducts its own heat treatment studies to improve the mechanical properties, strength, impact resistance, and technical characteristics of the tunnel boring machine equipment and spare parts it produces. Our company employs nearly 800 specialists, technicians, workers, and managers, including 50 engineers.

E-BERK holds ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications. The machines it manufactures comply with the relevant country standards and have CE certifications.

E-Berk Makine, with its experience in the tunneling sector and customer satisfaction-oriented analysis, supports the mechanized tunneling sector with the production of many products, accessories, and spare parts. In 2017, it reached the status of the 8th largest producer of Tunnel Boring Machines in the world, and in 2018, it further increased its sectoral capabilities and expanded its product range in the global market with the production of Micro Tunneling Machines (MTBMs). It carries out all activities for the production of spare parts and accessories needed for mechanized tunneling systems, including the production of all types of Tunnel Boring Machines and Micro Tunneling Machines suitable for various geological conditions, the revision of used Tunnel Boring Machines and Micro Tunneling Machines, and the design and production of cutting heads in desired diameters and dimensions.
