ANDOKS is frequently found in construction and industrial machinery facilities where excavation, loading, transportation, and crushing operations are performed, such as construction sites, quarries, and mines. Our company designs and manufactures attachments and special-purpose equipment for these machines.

Capacity and strength calculations for the products we manufacture are redone for each product, taking into account the intended use and customer requirements. Since construction machinery is used for multiple purposes, a large number of attachments are used. While the most commonly used products are mass-produced in our company, for products with specific requirements, we design and manufacture completely job-specific products through a design and customer approval process. In operations where construction machinery is used (excavation, digging, construction, etc.), knowing the hardness and abrasiveness values of the materials that the attachment comes into direct contact with is extremely important for material selection and strength calculations of the attachment to be used.

Attachments used in contact with very hard and abrasive materials utilize wear-resistant materials in their contact areas. The hardness values of the wear-resistant materials used vary from product to product depending on the degree of wear. For example, attachments used with extremely abrasive materials have contact surfaces coated with steel with a hardness of 500 Brinell, while those with slightly less abrasive properties use steel with a hardness of 400 Brinell. If the amount of wear is below the specified values, steels with a tensile strength of 520 are used in the contact surfaces.
