INVITATION TO THE 6TH ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE INDUSTRIAL AND CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY CLUSTER ASSOCIATION

Dear Member,

The 6th Ordinary General Assembly of our Construction and Industrial Machinery Cluster Association will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 09:30 AM in the OSTİM Conference Hall (100th Year Boulevard No: 101/A OSTİM - Ankara). If a quorum is not reached at this meeting, the second meeting will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at the same location and time, without requiring a quorum.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY AGENDA:

1. Opening,

2. Moment of silence and the National Anthem,

3. Formation of the Presidium,

4. Presentation of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board activity reports, balance sheet, and income and expenditure accounts,

5. Presentation of the Supervisory Board report,

6. Discussion and separate approval of the Board of Directors activity report, accounting reports, and Supervisory Board report,

7. Amendment of the Articles of Association,

8. Discussion and approval of the new term's work program and estimated budget,

9. Election of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board members,

10. Wishes, suggestions, and closing.
